At Wood Shapers, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of handcrafted furniture, we follow a strict return policy.

 Returns Are Only Accepted for Damaged Items

We accept returns only if the product is damaged during shipping or arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Conditions:

• The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• You must provide clear photos and a description of the damage.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.

After review, we will process a replacement of the same item.
No returns will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

 Custom Orders Are Not Returnable

Custom-made furniture is non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. Slight variations in polish, color, or size are not considered defects.
